Making a purchase with a Purchase Order

First time customers:

Please fax us your P.O. with the product description, price, and payment information, a completed Business Credit Application, or company reference material to AntecTrade at 905-480-9391.

If submitting P.O. with:

  • Payment Information: Please include your credit card number and expiration date along with the billing address and phone number.
  • Business Credit Application: Please sign the application before submitting. Depending on the information given on your application, you will be extended a business credit line.
  • Company Reference Material: It should include your bank and trade information and business credit history. Include your resale number if necessary.
  • Ontario PST Exempt Form: It should be filled, signed and fax to us for fist time Ontario customers.

Please include contact information on your P.O. A company issued email address would be helpful.

To extend terms we will process the credit application for credit approval which may take up to 1-2 weeks for the submitted information to be verified. We will contact you with the status of the approval process and request any additional information if necessary. Once your credit has been approved or payment has been made, we will process your P.O. and will notify you of the expected delivery schedule.Returning customers: Please fax your P.O. with the product description and price to AntecTrade at 905-480-9391 and notify your designated sales representative.
