First time customers:

Please fax us your P.O. with the product description, price, and payment information, a completed Business Credit Application, or company reference material to AntecTrade at 905-480-9391.

If submitting P.O. with:

• Payment Information: Please include your credit card number and expiration date along with the billing address and phone number.
• Business Credit Application: Please sign the application before submitting. Depending on the information given on your application, you will be extended a business credit line.
• Company Reference Material: It should include your bank and trade information and business credit history. Include your resale number if necessary.
• Ontario PST Exempt Form: It should be filled, signed and fax to us for fist time Ontario customers.

Please include contact information on your P.O. A company issued email address would be helpful.

To extend terms we will process the credit application for credit approval which may take up to 1-2 weeks for the submitted information to be verified. We will contact you with the status of the approval process and request any additional information if necessary.
